How to Install eSIM
QR code scan on iPhone
Before installation, please get the following prepared:
- Printed QR code, or another device showing QR code.
- Connect to Wi-Fi.
Follow the steps:
- Settings -> Mobile Data/ Cellular.
- Add eSIM / Add Data Plan.
- Click Scan QR code, and scan the prepared QR code.
- At Activate eSIM, click "Continue". It will take several seconds to 1 minute.
- The eSIM has been successfully installed, click “Done” for remaining settup.
- Mobile Plan Labels. The primary is your physical SIM card, click "Secondary".
- Rename it as "eSIME", "Travel", "USA", or any you like. Then click "done" in the top left corner.
- Default line. Select your previous one as "primary", then click continue.
- Select “Primary” for your iMessage and FaceTime, then click "Continue".
- Upon arrival at your destination, go to Settings -> Mobile Data/ Cellular, click "Use as Secondary".
- Click "Turn On This Line", and switch "Data Roaming" on.
Manual installation on iPhone
Before installation, please get the following prepared:
- Copy the LPA code from the email into the phone you will take.
- Connect to Wi-Fi.
Follow the steps:
- Settings -> Mobile Data/ Cellular -> Add eSIM / Add Data Plan.
- Click Scan QR code, and then click "Enter Details Manually".
- Fill in the copied LPA code into required field.
- At Activate eSIM page, click continue. It will take several seconds to 1 minute, when completed, click done.
- Rename your eSIM, as "eSIME", "Travel", "France", or any you like.
- Select your physical SIM card as primary, and click "Continue".
- Upon arrival at your destination, go to Settings -> Mobile Data/ Cellular, click “Use as Secondary”.
- Click "Turn On This Line", and switch "Data Roaming" on.
Attention: DO NOT delete the eSIM from your device, it cannot be restored once deleted.

Before installation, please get the following prepared:

- Click "Add eSIM" -> Scan QR code, and scan the prepared QR code.
- Seeing this page, wait for for several seconds to 1 minute.
- Click "Add" and you’ve complete the installation.
- Go to Settings -> Connections -> SIM Manager, and click "eSIM".
- Click "Name", rename it as "eSIME", “Travel”, or the name of your destination, like "US", for your use convenience.
- Settings -> Connections -> SIM Manager -> Mobile Data -> Select eSIM.
- Settings -> Connections -> Mobile networks -> Turn on Data roaming.

- Settings -> Connections -> SIM Manager -> Mobile Data -> Select eSIM.
- Settings -> Connections -> Mobile networks -> Turn on Data roaming.

Before installation, please get the following prepared:
- Printed QR code, or another device showing QR code.
- Connect to Wi-Fi.
Follow the steps:
- Settings -> Network & Internet -> SIMs -> Download a SIM instead -> Next -> Scan the QR Code from Network -> Scan the QR Code from the received email.
- Use eSIM? -> click Download -> Upon finishing download click Settings on the bottom right corner.
- Click Use SIM to switch it on -> switch on Mobile Data and Roaming.
Manual installation on Google Pixel
Before installation, please get the following prepared:
- Copy the LPA code from the email into the phone you will take.
- Connect to Wi-Fi.
Follow the steps:
- Settings -> Network & Internet -> SIMs -> Download a SIM instead -> Next -> Click Need help? on the bottom left.
- Help adding a network -> Enter it manually -> Fill in the copied code into required field -> Download -> Downloading takes several seconds to minutes.
- Download finished -> Settings -> Click Use SIM to switch it on -> switch on Mobile Data and Roaming.
Attention: DO NOT delete the eSIM from your device, it cannot be restored once deleted.
