What is the delivery timeline for the eSIME.shop carrier push signal?

The eSIME.shop US carrier push activation signal is delivered to your specific device hardware by 10:00 AM Pacific Time on your selected activation date. Customers must email their IMEI and EID device numbers to support at least 3 days in advance to meet this delivery window. For urgent itineraries, the manual carrier registration processing window can be accelerated to a minimum of 2 days.

How do I verify if my phone is compatible with the eSIME.shop network?

A mobile device is compatible with the eSIME.shop network if it is fully carrier-unlocked and possesses internal eSIM hardware. To check carrier lock status on an iPhone, navigate toSettings > General > About > Carrier Lock to confirm it reads "No SIM restrictions." To verify eSIM hardware functionality, dia l*#06# on your keypad; the device is compatible if both an EID number and an IMEI number appear on the screen.

How does eSIME.shop calculate a service day for plan expiration?

A service day is calculated using Pacific Standard Time (PST / California Time) and expires precisely at 23:59 (11:59 PM) PST.

Example: A 5-day plan activated on August 1st will automatically terminate at 11:59 PM PST on August 5th.

Expiration tracking is tied entirely to the US carrier's master clock, completely independent of your physical local time zone.

Will I still receive bank verification texts (2FA) on my home number?

Yes. Because your device supports Dual SIM, your physical home SIM card can remain active for receiving texts and calls.

I am at the airport right now and my flight leaves in 2 hours. Can I buy an eSIME.shop US travel plan?

We do not recommend purchasing an eSIME.shop US carrier-push plan for immediate, last-minute departures.

Because these premium carrier-push plans require manual activation directly through the US network using your device's unique IMEI number, eSIME.shop requires an activation processing window of up to 3 days before your trip.

What happens if my phone turns out to be carrier-locked after arriving in the US?

eSIME.shop cannot issue a full refund if a smartphone is carrier-locked. Once our carrier-push network signal is generated and assigned to your device's IMEI, the plan is considered active.

If your phone is carrier-locked, your refund will be calculated as follows:

Non-refundable fees: You will be charged for any days already used, plus a network fee equivalent to 2 additional service days from the date the carrier lock is reported.
Refundable fees: The remaining unused balance of your plan will be refunded.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their smartphone is fully unlocked before purchasing.

How to check compatibility (iPhone): Open Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock. Your device must display "No SIM restrictions" to use an eSIME.shop plan.

Can I install the eSIM on multiple devices (e.g., my phone and my iPad)?

No. An eSIM can only be installed onone specific device. Once activated, it cannot be shared, or transferred to another phone or tablet.
